Please note that you can access the web-accessible portion of your site from the directory named /wwwroot. Files and directories outside of the wwwroot directory will still count toward your web site usage, but will not be accessible from a web browser by visitors.

Your web logs and ftp logs are located in the /Log directory. Specifically, the web server log files are in /Logs/W3CSVCnumber and your FTP server log files are in /Log/FTPSVC. Any your ASP.NET temp files will be stored in the /Temp directory.

If you wish, you can also create other directories below the /wwwroot directory which are not web accessible. This will allow you to store files online that are private or that are shared with other FTP users under your account.

If you are a more technical user, here are some platform specific details about your hosting account.

Your web site is hosted on a Windows Server 2008 (64-bit) running Internet Information Services 7.0 (IIS 7.0). Although the server Operating System is 64-bit, the worker process for your site is 32-bit. Each site is confined to its own worker process, is assigned FULL TRUST, and is allocated a maximum of 100 MB RAM. The Server is running .NET Framework 2.0 which includes .NET 3.0 and .NET 3.5 and supports ASP.NET AJAX.

To further access your site you can use the Internet Information Serivces (IIS) 7.0 Management tool which is available from:

Once the tool is installed, you can follow these steps to connect to your site:

1. From IIS7 Manager click "File" and then "Connect to a Site..."
2. Enter the following details:
        Server name: your-domain-name or your-IP-address
          Site name: your-domain-name
   And then click "Next".
3. Enter the following details:
          User name: your-FTP-username
           Password: your-password
   And then click "Next".
4. Choose a name for your connection and then click "Finish".
5. You will then be connected to your site and will be able to edit the IIS and ASP.NET settings directly on the server.
